Rental Agreement

I, the renter, understand that items rented from Arizona Air Bounce, LLC are potentially dangerous and that items may cause bodily injury or death. I assume full responsibility for all known and unknown risks, including, mental or physical harm, injury to myself or my property or any other persons using leased items. I understand that I am in charge of the unit(s) and any other leased items and take full responsibility for the operation and supervision of the unit(s) and other items leased after receiving them.

I agree to hold Arizona Air Bounce, LLC free and harmless against any and all injury or death claims. I shall indemnify Arizona Air Bounce, LLC for any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and any attorney fees and related costs involving the use of the leased products, should legal action become necessary.

My purchase indicates that I have read this entire document, understand it completely and agree to be bound by its terms.

Children’s safety depends on adult supervision. As the renter, safety of the inflatable is your responsibility.
Children will be supervised at all times.
To avoid injury, flips are not allowed.
The renter will ensure all users remove shoes, and any hard, sharp, or dangerous objects from their person. Items such as buckles, pens, purses, glasses, etc. are best removed.
The renter will not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety cushion. The cushion is for assistance into and out of the unit only.
The renter will not allow anyone to climb, hang, or sit on the exterior walls or top of unit.
Users will be of a similar age or stature when in the device at any one time. Larger, more boisterous children should be segregated from smaller ones.

The renter is responsible for ensuring that the unit is not over-loaded thereby creating the possibility of danger to users.
Rough horseplay is not allowed.
No pets are allowed inside the inflatable
No food or drinks are allowed inside the inflatable.
No silly putty, silly string, or confetti are allowed in, on, or around the inflatable. If cleaning is required a $25 cleaning fee will be imposed.
If winds exceed 25 MPH, deflate the unit immediately.
A $25 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS.

THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR DO NOT AGREE WITH ITS TERMS.

We ask that you give us a minimum of 3 business days notice if you need to cancel your rental. A $35 fee will be charged if cancelled in less than 72 hours from reserved date.
